IMAHub is an influencer-outreach tool for finding and tracking YouTube creators. This policy covers both the IMAHub web application and the “Add to IMAHub” browser extension.

What the extension accesses

• When you click “+ Add to IMAHub” on a YouTube page, the extension reads the URL of the page you are viewing and sends it to the IMAHub backend so the channel can be looked up and added to your pipeline. It does not read or transmit anything from pages you don't explicitly add.
• It stores a single API token (issued by IMAHub when you connect your account) in the browser's local extension storage, used only to authenticate your requests to IMAHub. You can disconnect at any time, which removes it.
• It does not track your browsing, inject ads, or collect analytics.

What IMAHub stores

For creators you add, IMAHub stores public YouTube channel data (name, subscriber count, recent-video metrics, public contact email if the channel lists one) and the pipeline notes you enter. This data lives in your account and is protected by per-user access controls. Your YouTube Data API key is encrypted at rest.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting and database) solely to operate the service.

Your control

You can revoke extension tokens in IMAHub → Settings → Browser Extension, delete creators from your pipeline, or request account deletion by contacting us.
